Keep your work
flowing.

Deskflow Labs plans and builds software that eases information overload, improves efficiency, and reduces decision fatigue in everyday desk work.

We look for the small frictions in daily work and solve them as tools that fit naturally into your workflow — rather than adding more complex steps.

ABOUT

Starting from the small frictions inside real work.

Deskflow Labs’ products are not born from ideas on paper alone. They start from the frictions felt in actual desk work — running a business, e-commerce tasks, research in the browser, preparing documents, and back-and-forth with AI.

Each problem may be small, but repeated every day they drain a great deal of time and focus. Deskflow Labs builds software that reduces that burden so people can return to the work they actually want to do.

STORY

Why we started Deskflow Labs.

Working on a computer every day, I kept accumulating half-finished tabs, notes, saved documents, and conversations with ChatGPT — until simply finding the right information had become work in itself. I had added convenient tools, yet there was ever more to manage.

To improve that, I believe it matters more to reduce small burdens one at a time, without disrupting the usual flow of work, than to introduce some large system.

At Deskflow Labs, we build products that the developer actually uses, feels the problems in, and keeps improving. We value not the number of features, but the sense that work has become a little easier the longer you use them.

“Rather than adding more convenient features,
I want to remove the things that stop work.”

POLICY

To build tools you can keep using with confidence.

Processes such as backup, saving, organizing, and verification should run in the background as much as possible — so they never stop your work.

01

Least-privilege permissions

The permissions and information our software uses are limited to what a feature actually requires.

02

Clear about how data is handled

We explain, as clearly as possible, what is stored, what is sent externally, and what is processed only on your device.

03

Designed not to interrupt

We aim for designs where saving, organizing, and backup never interrupt the user’s work.

04

Continuous improvement

Development does not end at release; we keep improving over the long term based on real usage and feedback.

PRODUCTS

What Deskflow Labs builds

We solve problems that arise in desk work — organizing information, interruptions, and repetitive actions — by splitting them into small, purpose-specific products. Rather than bundling everything into one huge service, each is designed as a tool that fits naturally into its task.
